Carolann Helding, MT-BC, WMTR

Carolann is a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), Neurologic Music Therapy Fellow, and is registered through the State of Wisconsin (WMTR). In addition, Carolann completed Tier 1 competencies for the First Sounds: Rhythm, Breath and Lullaby Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Training.

It was her passion for helping others and connecting with people through music that guided Carolann to the career of music therapy. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2010, followed by completing her internship through Music Therapy Services of Central Wisconsin, LLC. Carolann showed such great dedication to her clients and high level of skill that she was offered a position with us in 2011. Currently, Carolann provides music therapy services in hospital settings specializing in adult oncology, palliative care, rehabilitation, and neonatal intensive care. Carolann also develops music therapy programming for older adults and sees individuals and groups in community and home settings.
