Music Therapy Services of Central WI, LLC has provided services to Wausau
and its surrounding areas since 1999. Quality music therapy services have
been provided to schools, hospitals, hospice programs, nursing homes, and
individuals throughout Central Wisconsin.
Richelle Kroening, owner, is a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), and has
advanced level training in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT). She received her
Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh
and completed a six-month internship at Florida State Hospital. Richelle has
over 12 years of experience and worked in Phoenix, Arizona at one of the largest
private music therapy clinics in the country. While in Arizona, she provided
music therapy services to children with developmental disabilities and
neurological impairments, with a focus on children with autism. Through the
use of Neurologic Music Therapy and a relationship-based approach, the clients
receiving music therapy services have demonstrated their true potential.
